It&#039;s very disturbing that your linking to a web design site and you are disgusted with this ideology.  The author of this article is 100% correct! if your site doesn&#039;t look perfect on IE then 80% + of your viewers wont stick around.  The first thing that will turn off a viewer other then advertising is poor design.</description>

Point 9 - SEO is paramount to have in from the start, have simple business rules which dictate must haves, always code against those and you won&#039;t go far wrong.
At the end of the day most of it is common sense providing you understand the basics of adhering to standards etc...</description>
